Assessor also allows you to assess whether you possess the knowledge and understanding
and the personal skills you need to perform to the
required standards.
You
can self-assess and ask for 360° feedback from
your manager and close colleagues. You can
explore and interpret your results using Assessor’s graphics
and transfer your learning priorities to your personal
development plan (PDP). In due course, you can ask
for endorsement from training providers and keep
this in your Record of Achievement.
You can search for learning resources at anytime
using Performer's Learning Resources Database or find
learning resources available via the Internet.
