Assessor allows you to see
your organisation’s
priorities and focus your assessments and your improvement
plans on these.
You can set your own performance priorities using
Assessor and assess yourself using the
National Occupational Standards. You can review
your results and plan for improvement. At the
appropriate time, you can ask your line manager for
supervision and feedback using Assessor’s 360° facility
and then request
endorsement of your performance and keep this in
your Record of Achievement.
