Performer's Record of Achievement is a personal and portable skills
passport that holds all the information about your education, training and workplace achievements.
The Record of Achievement belongs to you. You can take it with you if you change jobs within your current organisation and even if you get a job in a new organisation.
It has three main functions. Firstly, it allows you to ask your
line manager to endorse units in your Role Profile that have been
assessed using Assessor. Next,
it allows you to get endorsement from training
providers regarding your achievement of learning objectives. Finally,
you can use Record of Achievement to record your qualifications.
Benefits of Record of Achievement:
- Enables your line manager to
endorse units as a result of supervision and observation of performance.
- Allows training providers to endorse learning
achievement.
- Provides recognition of your performance and achievements.
- Provides evidence for accreditation and underpins the national
Framework for Achievement.
