MAPS's Performer database can be interrogated
at multiple levels to provide comprehensive evaluative
reports for each of Performer’s three modules. In
keeping with the requirements of data protection,
reports can be generated at national, organisational,
team and individual levels.
Information can be filtered and presented by the
competence or skills content, by position or job
title, showing scores or responses and comparing
improvements or changes over time.
In this way, Performer provides invaluable where
are we now? and how far have we come? information
and comparisons to national bodies, organisations
and managers.
Performer offers 13 reports, everything from a simple
standards-based skills audit to a training gap analysis
or labour market intelligence report or the basis of
a workforce development plan.
